Refund policy

Thank you for supporting my little family business. Every mailer is made and packed by hand, and it means the world that you want one in your mailbox.

All sales are final

Because each month's mailer is handmade in small batches, all sales are final. I'm not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, an incorrect selection, or a subscription payment that has already been charged. Please double check your details before you join.

If your mail arrives damaged or lost

If something happens in transit, I will make it right. Email me at jessica@thenovicechefblog.com within 7 days of delivery and I'll mail you a replacement for that month.

Your subscription

The Mail Club is a monthly subscription billed at $15.99. You can cancel anytime from your account, and canceling stops all future charges. Once a month's payment has processed, it is non-refundable, and if that month's mailer has already gone out, you'll still receive it.

Shipping

I can't control delays once your mail is with the carrier. If a mailer seems lost, reach out and I'll help however I can, including sending a replacement.
